Guide: How to Apply Online for MEPCO MIRAD Jobs
Selection Process
As indicated in MEPCO has authorized
the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) testing/application portal to
process all applications online. Candidates are advised to follow these steps
for a smooth and successful application submission:
1.
Visit the Portal: Open your web browser and navigate directly

2. Register / Create an
Account: If you are a first-time user on the IUB portal, register using your
valid CNIC number, email address, and phone number to create your profile.
4. Generate and Pay Fee
Challan: Download the system-generated Challan Form for the processing fee and
pay the specified amount at the designated bank branch or online channel
mentioned on the challan.
6. Upload Scanned Documents: Upload
clear, high-resolution scanned copies of all required documents to the portal,
including.
Educational Degrees & Certificates / Marksheets.
CNIC (Front and Back).
Domicile Certificate.
Experience Certificates.
Valid PEC Registration Certificate (for Engineering disciplines).
Paid Fee Challan receipt.
7. Important Terms & Conditions:
8. Nationality: Applicants must be Pakistani Citizens (male/female).
9. No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for appearing in written tests or interviews.
10. Contractual Nature: Appointments are purely on a contractual basis, renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance, and do not confer any right to permanent absorption or post-retirement benefits.
11. Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of the interview.
12. Foreign Degrees: HEC Equivalence Certificate is mandatory for degrees acquired from foreign institutions.
13. Disqualification: Candidates dismissed or removed from public/private service, or those having a criminal record or declared willful defaulters by any financial institution, are ineligible.
14. Age Relaxation: General upper age relaxation is already included in the specified age limits. No further age relaxation will be granted.
15. Application deadline: All applications must be submitted by 27 July, 2026.
Note: Applications submitted after the due date, or incomplete applications, will not be entertained under any circumstances. Hard copies sent via post or hand delivery will be rejected—only online applications via the portal are accepted.
