2.    Attach Required Documents:

2 Attested Passport-size Photographs.

A duly attested photocopy of the valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

Attested copy of Domicile Certificate (Punjab).

Attested copies of relevant experience certificates (if any).

3.    Submit the Application:

Hand-deliver or send your application package to the following office address during official working hours by July 28, 2026:
