How to Apply Online

 

Selection Process

1.    Visit the official SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal at

[https://apply.sts.net.pk] (https://apply.sts.net.pk)

Manual applications will not be accepted.

2.    Upload scanned copies of required documents, including CNIC (front and back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, recent photograph, experience certificates, NOC (for government employees), and degree/marksheet documents showing percentages.

3.    Download the system-generated challan form of Rs. 1,500/- after submitting the online application.

4.    Pay the non-refundable fee at any ABL Bank Ltd. branch or online using the My ABL App / 1Bill bank portal.

5.    Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms and pay separate fees for each post.

6.    Important Notes & Guidelines:

Deadline: The last date for online application submission is 20 days from the date of publication of the advertisement (published on August 20, 2026).

Previous applicants for the post of Junior Electro/Mechanical Technician (BPS-07) advertised on 09.05.2024 must re-apply as that advertisement was cancelled.

Ensure you use your primary mobile number registered in your own name (do not use converted network numbers) to receive SMS alerts regarding test dates and admit slips.

All test centers will be located in Karachi. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

7.    General Requirements:

Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (Government servants applying through proper channel have a maximum age limit of 35 years; SHC employees may apply irrespective of age limit).

Domicile: Sindh Province.

8.    Application deadline: All applications must be submitted by 15 September, 2026.
