Selection Process

4.    General Eligibility & Terms of Employment:

Nationality: Must be a Pakistani citizen.

Government Sector Applicants: Candidates serving in Public Sector Companies in BS-19 or equivalent on a substantive/current charge basis can apply to fulfill senior management experience criteria. Government servants must route applications through proper channels and resign upon selection.

Private Sector Applicants: Candidates with executive experience in C-level or C-1 roles are eligible to apply.
