Step-by-Step Application Process
Selection
Process
1. Online Portal
Access: Visit the official SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal at [https://apply.sts.net.pk](https://apply.sts.net.pk)
and complete the candidate registration.
2. Form Submission:
Fill out the online profile and select the relevant post (ASI BPS-11) along
with your domicile range.
3. Fee Payment:
Download the generated system-printed bank challan of Rs. 1500/-
(non-refundable). Pay the fee at any ABL branch, via the My ABL App, or through
internet banking using the 1LINK reference number.
4. Final Date:
Complete the online application submission before the deadline on October 15, 2026.
5. Key
Guidelines for Candidates:
No age or physical standard relaxations will be granted under any
circumstances.
Candidates who successfully clear the physical running test will be
issued roll numbers for the written examination by SIBA Testing Services.
Roll number slips, test centers, dates, and results will be communicated
via SMS and updated on the official STS web portal.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending any stage of the physical test,
written test, or interview.
6. Important
Required Documents for Upload:
When filling out the online application form, candidates must upload
clear scanned copies of:
CNIC (Front and Back).
Domicile and PRC (Form-D).
Recent passport-size photograph.
All educational certificates and degrees.
Death Certificate / Invalidation Certificate / FIR copy / Final Pension
Order / Legal Heirship Affidavit.
7. Quota
Eligibility & Specific Conditions:
Domicile Requirement: Candidates must hold a domicile of the respective
range within Sindh province.
Applicable Quota: Exclusively open to the legal heirs of police personnel
who were martyred (Shaheed), died during service, or were permanently
invalidated/retired on medical grounds prior to September 26, 2024.
Timeframe for Deceased/Invalidated Claims: For personnel who passed away
or were invalidated after September 16, 2014, legal heirs must submit their
applications within 2 years of the employee's death or invalidation date.
Shaheed Quota Exception: Legal heirs of personnel martyred prior to the
enactment of the Shaheed Act 2014 (June 11, 2014) are also eligible under the
Shaheed quota rules.
