How to Apply Step-by-Step
Selection
Process
1. Obtain
Application Form: Fill out the prescribed application form clearly with your
personal, educational, and experience details.
2. Attach
Supporting Documents: Attach attested copies of educational
certificates/degrees, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and recent
passport-size photographs along with the postal order (Rs. 600/- for BPS-06 and
above).
3. In-Service
Candidates: Applicants currently serving in government or semi-government
organizations must apply through proper channels and submit an NOC.
4. Dispatch
Application: Mail your complete application envelope via registered post or
courier to the given address.
5. General
Terms, Conditions & Age Relaxation Rules:
Service Rules: Recruitment will be governed under Civil Servants Act
1973.
Quota Allocation: Posts from BPS-06 to BPS-14 are filled on an
all-Pakistan quota basis, while posts from BPS-01 to BPS-05 are reserved
strictly for local candidates of Balochistan.
General Age Relaxation: 5 years general age relaxation is already
applicable on the upper age limit.
6. Special Age
Relaxation Categories:
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Communities,
Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas
(Gilgit-Baltistan): 3 Years
Released or retired officers/personnel of Armed Forces: 15 Years or the
number of years actually served in Armed Forces, whichever is less.
Government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous service up
to the closing date: 10 Years (up to 55 years of age).
Disabled persons: 10 Years
Widow/son/daughter of a civil servant who died during service: 5 Years
7. Probation
Period: Appointments will be made on a regular basis subject to a 1-year
probation period.
8. Application Fee:
A postal order of Rs. 600/- made out in favor of Commandant School of Infantry
and Tactics, Quetta Cantt must be attached with the application form. Posts in
BPS-01 to BPS-05 are exempt from the application fee.
9. No TA/DA: No
Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for tests or interviews.
10.
Application deadline: All applications must be
submitted by 15 September, 2026.
