How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

 

Selection Process

1.    Check your eligibility regarding district domicile, age, and qualification requirements.

2.    Gather your original academic credentials, CNIC, domicile, and experience documents.

3.    For sample test materials or downloads, visit the official portal: careers.nadra.gov.pk.

4.    Report directly to the NADRA Regional Head Office in Quetta on the designated date by 08:30 AM. Registration closes strictly at 12:00 PM for test takers.

5.    Important Terms & Requirements:

Local Domicile: Only candidates holding a valid CNIC and Domicile/Local Certificate of the specified district are eligible to appear.

Probationary Employment: Selected candidates will be hired on a 6-month probation period, which can be extended based on performance. The post is non-regular and does not confer any entitlement to permanent regularization.

Documents to Carry: Bring all original educational degrees/certificates (attested by HEC/Board where applicable), CNIC, Domicile, and experience certificates.

No Transfers Allowed: Appointments are strictly location-specific; transfer requests will not be entertained.

Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government or semi-government institutions must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.

Prohibited Items: Electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly forbidden inside the testing hall.

Allowances: No TA/DA (travel allowance) will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.
