How I can submit my application for the Higher Education Commission HEC PhD Scholarships 2026 – Apply Online

 

Selection Process

1.    Candidates must bring original documents at the time of the interview.

2.    Only those who are short-listed will be contacted for the interview.

3.    Candidates appearing for the test or interview will not be entitled to any travel or daily allowance (TA/DA).

4.    Late applications submitted after the closing date mentioned in the advertisement will not be considered.

5.    Criteria for government employees: Employees of government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel.

6.    Applicants are required to submit a complete application form along with all relevant supporting documents to the address mentioned in the official advertisement before the closing date. Applications that are incomplete, submitted after the deadline, or fail to meet the required criteria may not be entertained.

7.    No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for attending the written test, skill test, or interview during the recruitment process.
