Selection Process

1.    Prepare your application along with certified copies of required educational certificates, domicile, PRC, CNIC, and recent passport-size photographs.

2.    Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the Office of the District Education Officer (Elementary / Secondary & Higher Secondary), District Thatta before the application deadline.

3.    Ensure your application reaches the office within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication. Late or incomplete applications will not be processed.

4.    Quotas: Reserved quotas for Women, Minorities, and Disabled persons will be strictly observed in accordance with Sindh Government policy.

5.    Probation & Permanency: Appointments are initially temporary. Selected candidates will be made permanent after successfully completing their probation period under the Sindh Service Rules, 1973.

6.    In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently serving in government departments must apply through the proper channel (with NOC).

7.    No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.

8.    Selection Process: Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and transparency.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must fulfill the following basic requirements:

Individuals with elementary literacy skills, including the ability to read and write, will be considered favorably.

Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years.

Upper Age Relaxation: 5 years general relaxation is allowed as per Government policy (Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(part-II) Karachi dated: 06th March 2025). Additional relaxation applies as notified by the Government of Sindh.

Domicile: Must hold a valid Domicile and PRC of District Thatta.
