Process
1. Submit your
physical application package within 15 days of publication containing the
following documents:
Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Copy of CNIC.
Attested Copy of High Court or Supreme Court Enrollment Certificate/Card.
Copies of Academic Credentials.
Details of Service-Related Cases and Relevant Professional Experience.

3. Key Terms
& Conditions:
Applicants must apply for one station only, corresponding to their
residence, domicile, or station of practice.
Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
Incomplete applications or those received past the deadline will be
rejected.
4. Eligibility
Criteria:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (HEC equivalence required
for foreign degrees).
Bar Enrolment: Enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate of High Court
or Supreme Court.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of practice/experience as an Advocate High
Court/Supreme Court in service law, constitutional law, or administrative law.
Key Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
and Urdu, along with professional integrity.
Existing Panelists: Advocates already on the FBR panel for tax matters
must submit fresh applications to join the Service Law panel.
5. Scope of Work
& Responsibilities:
Provide legal opinions, endorsements, and recommendations on service law,
employment, disciplinary proceedings, promotions, and pension disputes.
Represent FBR before the Federal Service Tribunal (FST), High Courts,
Supreme Court, and Federal Constitutional Court.
Draft para-wise comments, legal replies, appeals, petitions, and
pleadings.
Track case proceedings and submit progress reports in writing or via
digital applications.
Promptly convey court directions and judgments to the department for
compliance.
Assist in legal risk assessment and litigation strategy formulations.
6. Application
