How to Apply & Document Submission

 

Selection Process

1.    Interested applicants meeting the qualification criteria must submit their applications by hand/mail to the college admin office before the deadline.

Required Documents:

Updated Resume / CV

One (01) recent passport-size photograph.

Attested copies of all educational degrees/certificates.

Attested copies of experience certificates.

Submission Deadline: 08th August 2026 (by 03:00 PM)

Submission Location: Admin Office, Government College of Technology, GT Road, Opposite NADRA Office, Gujranwala.

Walk-in Interview Schedule:

Interviews will be conducted directly at the institution according to the following department-wise timeline:

2.    Mechanical & Electronics Technology: 11th August 2026 (Tuesday).

3.    Electrical & Instrumentation Technology recruitment activity will take place on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.

4.    Candidates applying for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Management are required to appear on 13 August 2026 (Thursday).

Terms & Key Conditions:

Nature of Job: Purely temporary visiting positions for the 2026–2027 academic session.

Vacancy Adjustment: The number of posts can be increased or decreased based on the college workload.

Appointment Letters: Issued only after final approval from the competent authority.

TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in interviews.
