The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), Lahore
has issued an official partial modification regarding Advertisement No. 06/2026
(Case No. 07-RB/2026) for the recruitment of 26 posts of Child Protection
Officer (BS-17) on a 3-year contract basis in the Child Protection &
Welfare Bureau, Home Department.
Under the updated
clarification issued by the Government of the Punjab Home Department on
30-06-2026, the eligibility criteria for "Master's Degree in Social
Sciences" has been expanded. Candidates holding a Master's degree in any
of the 40 specified subjects recognized by the Higher Education Commission
(HEC) are now eligible to apply.

Process
1. Visit Official
Website: Access the official PPSC portal at www.ppsc.gop.pk.
2. Select Job Post:
Click on Apply Online, search for Advertisement No. 06/2026, and select Child
Protection Officer (BS-17) (Case No. 07-RB/2026).
3. Generate &
Pay PSID Fee: Enter your details to generate the System Generated PSID number.
Pay the test fee via online banking channels (ATMs, Mobile Banking, JazzCash,
EasyPaisa, or 1Link member banks).
4. Fill Application
Form: Input your personal information, contact details, domicile, and select
your relevant academic qualification from the dropdown menu.
5. Upload Required
Files: Upload clear, scanned images of your latest passport-sized photo and the
front side of your CNIC (file sizes under 25 KB).
Confirm Your Application Details: Take a moment to review your
application thoroughly before completing the submission process.
Ensure your online application is submitted on or before 21-08-2026.
After successful submission, keep a record of your Application Number and Token
Number, as these may be required for future updates or correspondence.
Key Information & Submission Timeline:
Last Date for Fresh Candidates: 21-08-2026.
Already Applied Candidates: Candidates who have previously submitted
their applications for these posts under Advertisement No. 06/2026 do not need
to reapply.
