📝 How to Apply Online via ETEA
Selection
Process
Follow the
instructions below to complete and submit your online application successfully:
1. Visit the ETEA
Website: Go to the official online portal at www.etea.edu.pk.
2. Create a
Profile: Sign up or log into your ETEA account and fill in your
personal/academic details.
3. Generate Deposit
Slip: Select the desired post and generate a fee deposit slip containing your
Token Number and Project Code.
4. Pay Application
Fee: Deposit the non-refundable fee at any EasyPaisa App/Agent, UBL Bank
branch, or via UBL OMNI agent.
5. Keep Receipt
Safe: Keep the original bank/agent deposit slip with yourself (do not share
your token details with anyone).
6. Roll Number
Slip: ETEA will notify shortlisted candidates via SMS to download Roll Number
Slips directly from their portal.
📜 Terms & Conditions:
7. Contract
Duration: Appointments will be made on a contract basis initially for 01 year
(extendable yearly till project completion), based on satisfactory performance.
8. Scrutiny:
Appearing in the ETEA screening test is provisional. Ineligibility at any stage
will lead to disqualification.
9. CNIC
Verification: Before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must verify
their CNIC profile at a NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk.
10. Applicants must bring their original academic
certificates and experience documents at the time of the interview. There is no
need to submit hard copies to the ETEA office during the application process.
11. Government Employees: Candidates working in
government/semi-government sectors must apply through proper channels and
submit an NOC at the time of the interview.
12. No TA/DA: No Travel or Daily Allowance will be
provided for tests or interviews.
