Application Process & Submission Instructions

 

Selection Process

1.    Download Application Form: Download the prescribed application form from the official HITMS website or collect it directly from the Office of the Registrar.

2.    Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000/- must be drawn in favor of Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS).

3.    Required Documents: Attach one copy of your updated CV, attested copies of educational degrees/certificates, experience certificates, one passport-size photo, and research publications (where applicable) properly bound.

4.    Mailing Address: Send the completed dossier to:

Office of the Registrar, Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS), Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad.

5.    Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel.

6.    Deadline: Applications must reach the office within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
