Step-by-Step Application Guide

 

Selection Process

1.    Obtain Application Form: Collect the prescribed application form directly from the Computer Section, Sessions Court, Jaffarabad at Dera Allah Yar.

2.    Attach Required Documents:

Four (04) recent passport-size photographs.

Attested copy of CNIC.

Attested copies of all educational degrees, marksheets, and experience certificates.

Attested copy of Local/Domicile Certificate (Jaffarabad or Sohbat Pur).

Departmental NOC (if currently employed in government service).

3.    Submit Application: Hand in the completed application form with all required attachments on or before 20th October, 2026. Incomplete or late submissions will not be processed.

Eligibility Conditions & Key Regulations:

Domicile Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Local or Domicile Certificate from District Jaffarabad or District Sohbat Pur.

Age Relaxation for Government Employees: The upper age limit for existing government servants is relaxed up to 35 years, provided they have rendered at least 3 years of continuous, satisfactory government service. They must apply through proper channels with a Departmental Permission / NOC.

Probation Period: Newly appointed candidates will serve a 2-year probation period. For candidates transferring with 3+ years of government or autonomous body service, the probation period is reduced to 1 year.

Appointing Authority for Stenographer (BPS-16): The appointment of Stenographers will be subject to the approval of the Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court of Balochistan under Rule 5(a) of the Rules.

 Special Quota: The prescribed quota for persons with disabilities will be observed as per applicable laws.

  Selection Process & Test Details:

4.    Written Test: Scrutinized and eligible candidates must appear for the written test on 27th October, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the District & Sessions Court, Jaffarabad.

5.    Viva Voce / Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the final viva voce / interview.

6.    TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for attending the written test or interview.
