How to Apply for 50-Bedded Cardiac Hospital Gilgit Interviews

 

Candidates who previously submitted their applications under the August 14 advertisement do not need to resubmit an application form. Since applications closed on August 31, the process involves attending the in-person walk-in interview on your designated rescheduled date.

 

Selection Process

Step-by-Step Interview Guidelines:

 

1.    Check Your Date: Review the revised schedule table above to confirm the exact date assigned to your post (and alphabetical group for Receptionists).

2.    Venue: All walk-in interviews will be held directly at the 50-Bedded Cardiac Hospital, Gilgit.

3.    Arrival Time: Report to the venue early on the morning of your assigned date with all original credentials.

Documents to Bring for Verification:

4.    Original CNIC: Valid Computerized National Identity Card.

5.    Educational Certificates & Degrees: Original degrees/diplomas along with HEC or relevant council registrations (e.g., PNC for nurses).

6.    Domicile Certificate: Original GB / relevant region domicile.

7.    Experience Certificates: Original proof of relevant work experience (where applicable).

8.    Attested Document Copies: One complete set of attested photocopies of all academic and experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and passport-size photographs.

9.    No Objection Certificate (NOC): Required if currently serving in any government or semi-government organization.

10.                       Application deadline: All applications must be submitted by 17 September, 2026.

 

Note: No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for attending the interview session. Ensure all original documents are complete before appearing at the hospital venue.
