How to Apply Step-by-Step

 

Selection Process

Step 1: Online Application Portal

1.    Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the official IBA testing portal: https://samedissions.iba.edu.pk/publicsector-gso-2026.php

(Note: Hard copy submissions will be rejected immediately).

Step 2: Fee Payment

2.    Eligible candidates must generate a fee voucher of Rs. 3,500/- via the IBA portal and deposit the non-refundable screening/test fee at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited in the account of IBA Karachi.

Step 3: Submission & Roll Number Slip

3.    Fill out all fields on the online portal, attach scanned copies of required documents, and submit the application before the deadline. Keep track of updates sent via your registered email address.

Step 4: Written Test Venue

4.    The written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at Karachi only. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for written assessments followed by panel interviews.

Mandatory Application Prerequisites:

5.    Domicile: Only candidates holding a valid Sindh Province Domicile are eligible to apply.

6.    Degree Attestation: All submitted testimonials and degrees must be verified and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

7.    Foreign Qualifications: Candidates with degrees from foreign institutions must attach an HEC Equivalence Certificate.  

8.    Contract Terms: Appointments are purely on a contract basis with annual renewals based on system-based performance rankings against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

9.    No Age Relaxation: The advertised age limits are strict, and no upper age relaxation will be granted for these posts.

Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in government, semi-government, or statutory bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of the interview.
