Step-by-Step Application Process

 

Selection Process

1.    Online Registration: Visit etc.hec.gov.pk to register. Ensure your application status is switched from "SAVE" to "SUBMITTED" before the deadline.

2.    Fee Payment: Deposit the non-refundable test fee via 1Link/iBill Invoice payment services using the generated consumer number, then click Verify Online Payment on your ETC dashboard.

3.    Personal Details: Enter your personal information accurately matching your CNIC. Applications submitted using parents' or relatives' CNIC numbers will not be accepted.

4.    Roll Number Slip: Download your roll number slip from the portal or check your registered email one week prior to the test date.

5.    Important Exam Day Instructions:

6.    Bring a printed copy of your Roll Number Slip alongside your Original CNIC/Passport to enter the exam center.

7.    Mobile phones, calculating devices, recording units, and imaging electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the test premises.
