How to Apply Online

 

Selection Process

1.    Visit the Portal: Register and apply online at etc.hec.gov.pk.

2.    Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the official advertisement.

3.    Application Fee: A non-refundable test fee of Rs. 1,200/- must be deposited via 1Link/1Bill Invoice using the generated consumer number on the ETC portal.

4.    Important Details: Ensure your personal details (Name, CNIC, phone number) match your official documents. Applications saved in "DRAFT" mode will not be considered—ensure you click SUBMIT.

5.    Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channels and submit an NOC at the interview stage.

6.    TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

7.    Important Selection Guidelines:

Nature of Job: Recruitment will be purely on a contract basis for an initial duration of two (02) years, extendable for a further two (02) years subject to satisfactory performance.

Transferability: Appointees are liable to serve at any Daanish School anywhere in Pakistan.

Testing Agency: The recruitment process is conducted online through the Education Testing Council (ETC) / HEC. No direct physical or hard-copy applications are accepted.

8.    Application deadline: All applications must be submitted by 21 September, 2026.

Note for Teachers: For all teaching posts, candidates with M.Ed./B.Ed. degrees and excellent English communication skills will receive extra preference.
