Selection Process

3.    Detailed Job Descriptions:

Detailed Job Descriptions (JDs), required educational qualifications, and domain experience requirements are published on the official NDMA portal at http://ndma.gov.pk/careers/.

4.    Key Terms & Conditions:

Deadline: Applications must reach within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement. Late applications will be rejected immediately.

   Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates invited for tests/interviews will be required to present original documents duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Pay Package: The lump-sum monthly salary will be offered based on individual domain skills and relevant industry experience.

Mandatory Service Tenure: All selected candidates will be required to serve for a mandatory minimum period of 18 months as a departmental requirement.

TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be granted for attending the test or interview.

Authority Right: NDMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, cancel any post, or alter the recruitment process at any stage without assigning reason.
