Selection Process

1.    Obtain Form: Download application forms from the AG's Branch Portal (CP Dte / CP-IV), GHQ Rawalpindi, or collect them from the nearest Station Headquarters.

2.    Documents Required: Complete the application in triplicate. Include:

4x Passport-size photographs (name written on the back)

Attested copies of CNIC

Attested copies of civil qualification certificates

Crossed Bank Draft of Rs. 2500/- in favor of "DCP"

3.    Submission Address: Send completed sets to:

Deputy Assistant Director Civilian Personnel (CP Dte, CP-IV), GHQ Rawalpindi

Deadline: Submit within 15 days of the official newspaper advertisement publication.

4.    Terms of Employment & Selection Process:

5.    Period of Employment: Initial appointment is for 3 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance.

6.    Liability of Service: Selected officers must be willing to serve at any station across Pakistan.
