How to Apply

 

Selection Process

1.    Get the official application form from the photostat vendors at the Sessions Court Tank premises.

2.    Fill out the application form carefully and attach all required attested documents along with two character certificates from Grade-17 officers.

3.    Submit the completed application form by hand or via post to the Judicial Complex Compound, Tank.

4.    Ensure your application reaches the destination on or before 30 September, 2026.

Important Terms & Submission Guidelines:

5.    Application Form: Candidates must use the prescribed application form available at photostat shops within the Sessions Court Tank premises. Applications submitted on any form other than the prescribed one will be rejected. Candidates must mention their active contact number on the application.

6.    Age Calculation: Age will be calculated as of the closing date for application submission.

7.    Document Attestation: Attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, domicile certificate, and experience certificates (if any) must be attached to the application. Candidates appearing for the test or interview should have their original documents with them for verification.

8.    Character Certificates: Applicants must submit 02 Character Certificates issued by Grade-17 or above government officers who know the applicant personally and are not relatives.

9.    Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in government departments must apply through proper channels.

Test / Interview Notice: No individual call letters for test/interview will be issued. Test/interview dates will be displayed on the court notice board, and candidates must check it regularly.

Document Verification: Degrees and documents of selected candidates will undergo thorough scrutiny. Submitting fake or forged documents will lead to cancellation of appointment and strict legal action.

General Rules: No TA/DA will be provided for attending test/interview. The selection committee reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel posts without assigning any reason. Women and minority quotas apply as per government policy.
