How to Apply Step-by-Step

 

Selection Process

1.    Application Form: Visit the M/s CTS official website at www.ctspak.com or www.ctsp.org.pk to download the application form and bank deposit slip.

2.    Deposit Test Fee: Pay the test fee of Rs. 170/- in any branch of Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB, or Bank Islami using the prescribed challan form, or transfer directly to the CTSPAK bank account.

3.    Postal Submission: Send the completed physical application form along with:

Attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, and domicile certificate.

Original fee deposit challan receipt.

Two recent passport-size photographs.

Experience certificate (if applicable).

4.    Mailing Address: Send all documents via courier or Pakistan Post to:

Central Testing Services Office

414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore, Pakistan.

5.    Deadline: Applications must reach the CTS office within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.

6.    General Conditions & Age Relaxation:

Quota Eligibility: Only candidates with local domiciles belonging to the specified quota districts are eligible.

Testing: Written tests will be conducted by Central Testing Services (CTS), while interviews will be managed directly by WAPDA.

Age Relaxation Rules:

A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the maximum age limit of 30 years.

3 years additional relaxation for candidates belonging to Minorities and Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas.

Up to 10 years relaxation for Government/WAPDA regular employees who have completed at least 2 years of continuous service.

Daily wage/contingent WAPDA employees get relaxation equal to their years of service in WAPDA.

Age relaxation will be granted in one category only.

Probation Period: Initial appointment will be on probation for 1 year, and regularization is subject to satisfactory performance.

Government Employees: Candidates serving in WAPDA or government departments must submit an NOC before the closing date.

7.    Application deadline: All applications must be submitted by 18 September, 2026.
