How to Apply Method
Selection
Process
Method A: For Serial No. 01 to Serial No. 14 (Via ETEA):
1. Create Profile:
Visit www.etea.edu.pk and register your candidate profile.
2. E-Sahulat
Verification: Verify your profile at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before
paying the application fee.
3. Submit
Application: Log in and submit your online form for the desired post.
4. Fee Payment:
Download the auto-generated deposit slip and pay the fee at any UBL Branch,
EasyPaisa App, or Agent.
5. Keep Original
Slip: Keep the candidate copy of the paid deposit slip safe. Do not send
physical documents to ETEA offices at this stage.
Method B: For Serial No. 15 to Serial No. 22 (Direct AMC
Channel):
6. Download Form:
Visit www.ayubmed.edu.pk or www.ath.gov.pk to download the official application
form.
7. Fee Payment
Schedule:
Serial No. 15 to 16: Rs. 2,000/-
Serial No. 17 to 22: Rs. 300/-
Bank Account: Dean/CEO Receipt Account, MCB Bank, Ayub Medical College
Branch, Abbottabad (Account No: 0132003010000036).
8. Send via
Email & Courier:
Email the completed application form and documents in a single PDF to: seniormanagerhr.ath@ayubmed.edu.pk.
Send hard copies (Application form, attested educational docs, CNIC,
domicile, paid deposit slip, experience certificates, and 4 passport-size
pictures) via registered post/courier to:

Important Terms & Selection Process:
Test Criteria: ETEA screening tests require a minimum score of 50% to
pass, while the interview passing threshold is 70%.
Government Employees: Candidates serving in government/semi-government
departments must apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC.
No Hand Submissions: By-hand submissions will not be accepted under any
circumstances.
