Selection Process

1.    Visit Official Portal: Go directly to www.hr1384.com.pk. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be considered.

2.    Account Registration: Register an account using your valid CNIC number, active mobile number, and email address.

3.    Upload Photograph: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a Blue Background in JPEG format (Maximum file size: 100 KB).

4.    Fill Profile & Submit: Input all academic, registration (PMDC/PNC), and experience details accurately and submit before August 31, 2026.

5.    Important Terms & Rules:

Document Attestation: Selected candidates must submit verified copies of degrees/certificates from PMDC, PMC, CPSP, HEC, BISE, or Nursing Boards prior to joining.

In-Service Candidates: Individuals serving in government organizations must apply through proper channels and present an NOC during the interview stage.

O/A-Level Candidates: Must upload equivalence certificates issued by IBCC.

Communication: All test/interview notifications will be sent via SMS/Email. Do not use converted/ported mobile numbers.

TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid for tests or interviews.
