📝 How to Apply Online via ETEA

 

Selection Process

Follow these step-by-step instructions to submit your online application

1.    Visit Official Website: Go to www.etea.edu.pk.

2.    Create Profile: Sign up and set up your personal/academic profile on the portal.

3.    Generate Deposit Slip: Select the desired post to generate a customized fee deposit slip containing your Token Number and Project Code.

4.    Pay Application Fee: Pay the prescribed non-refundable fee at any EasyPaisa App/Agent, UBL Bank branch, or UBL OMNI agent.

5.    Save Deposit Receipt: Keep the original customer copy of the deposit slip safe. Do not post physical documents to the ETEA office when applying.

Roll Number Slip: Shortlisted candidates will receive an SMS from ETEA informing them when their Roll Number Slips are available. Applicants can download their slips from the official ETEA website. Printed call letters will not be issued or sent by post.

📜 Terms & Conditions:

6.    Provisional Screening Test: Admission to the screening test is purely provisional based on information provided by the candidate. Detailed document scrutiny will be performed by the appointing authority.

7.    NADRA Verification: Applicants must verify their profile details and CNIC via a NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk before applying/paying the ETEA fee.

8.    Documents Required at Interview: Candidates called for an interview must present original documents, two attested sets of copies, two passport-sized photos, domicile, character certificates from two respected citizens, and CNIC.

9.    Government Employees: Candidates working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the interview.

10.   No TA/DA: No Travel or Daily Allowance will be provided for tests or interviews.

11.   Application deadline: All applications must be submitted by August 25, 2026.
