Selection Process

1.    Official Website: Submit applications online at www.gbts.pmrugb.gov.pk.

2.    Application Dates: Online portal is active from September 7, 2026, to September 21, 2026.

3.    Test Fee: Rs. 700 processing fee, payable using the 24-digit PSID via ATM, Internet Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or 1Link member bank branches.

4.    Key Job Details & Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: 18 to 23 years. Age limit for previous applicants is calculated as of March 31, 2026; for new applicants, age is calculated up to September 21, 2026.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Matriculation from a recognized board. Candidates holding higher qualifications in IT/Computer Science or possessing driving skills will receive preference.

Physical Standards (Male): Height: minimum 5 feet 7 inches; Chest: minimum 33 x 34.5 inches (expanded).

Physical Standards (Female): Height: minimum 5 feet 1 inch.

5.    Quota Allocation Breakdown:

Open Merit (GB Male): 70%

Female Quota: 10%

Minority Quota: 5% (Minority candidates are also included in general recruitment)

Ex-Servicemen Quota (SSG Preferred): 15%

6.    Conditions for Retired Army Personnel:

Must apply within 2 years of retirement.

Maximum age limit for ex-servicemen is 40 years.

Hiring will be on a 5-year contract basis (non-extendable, one-time opportunity).
