How to Apply
Selection Process
1. Prepare a typed job application addressed to the Chief Personnel Officer, Pakistan Railways.
2. Attach all attested photocopies of your service, pension, educational, and identity documents.
3. Enclose a Postal Order of Rs. 500/-.
4. Attach three self-addressed registered envelopes with your mobile number clearly stated.
5. Submit your complete application package via courier or postal mail to the following address on or before 15th October 2026:
Chief Personnel Officer.
Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore.
Terms and Conditions:
6. Eligibility: Only retired employees who have previously worked in the specified categories are eligible. Employees who were compulsory retired, removed, dismissed, or retired on medical grounds are not eligible.
7. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must pass a medical fitness examination at a Pakistan Railways Hospital only.
8. Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere across the entire Railway System.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews or medical examinations.
Required Documents Checklist:
All typed applications must be submitted along with attested copies of the following documents:
Attested copies of all educational certificates.
Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
Railway Retired Identity Card / Experience Certificate.
Photocopy of Pension Payment Order (PPO).
Photocopy of Last Pay Order (LPO).
Service Certificate.
Three (03) recent passport-size photographs.
Three (03) registered postal envelopes (with RAD card) complete with your full address and cell number.
Postal Order of Rs. 500/- attached with the application.
